Remember: Schenectady swimmers are expected to be on deck at swim meets, ready to stretch, warm up and swim , 15 minutes before scheduled warmups!

Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake High School 
    88 Lakehill Road  Burnt Hills, NY  12027

From the Northway (I-87)going north: Take exit 9 and go West on Route 146. Follow 146 past Shenendahowah Schools and Methodist Church. Turn right (North) onto Route 146A. Follow 146A into the town of Ballston. Turn left onto Lakehill Road, which is the first left after the railroad tracks. The school is on the right before the next traffic light.
From the Northway (I-87)going south:  Take a right off exit 11.  Follow this road (Round Lake Road) to the end.  Take a right on 146A.  Turn left onto Lakehill Road, which is the first left after the railroad tracks. The school is on the right before the next traffic light.
From Route 50 Going South (from Ballston Spa): After passing the Post Office and Water Tower on your right, turn left onto Lakehill Road. Go straight through the next traffic light (Kingsley Road). The school is on your left.
From Route 50 Going North (from Scotia): After passing the Grand Union and CVS on your right, turn right onto Lakehill Road. Go straight through the next traffic light (Kingsley Road). The school is on your left.

Ballston Spa High School    Travel Time: 15 Minutes

From the Northway (I-87): Take exit 11 and go West on Route 67. Follow 67 to Route 50. Cross over Route 50 onto Ballston Avenue. The school is on your left.
From Route 50 going north (from Burnt Hills), at the junction of Route 67 turn left on Ballston Avenue. The school is on your left.
From Route 50 going south (from Saratoga), go straight through the light in Ballston Spa where Route 67 joins Route 50. Turn right on Ballston Avenue. The school is on your left.

Gloversville Middle School     Travel Time: 1 Hour

Take Rt 50 to Rt 67 in Ballston Spa, west on 67 to Galway, Right (north) on 147 through Galway to 29, left on 29 and follow to 29A (29A is approx 7 miles before Johnstown), take right on 29A (look for White Holland House Restaurant) and drive through Gloversville approx 5.4 miles, Rt 29A west bears to the right, continue approx 5/10 mile until you see a red pole barn and an old Supreme Gas Station, look for sign on right for school.  Travel up hill and the school is at the top of hill, pool is in the farthest point to the left of building.

Take the NYS Thruway, I-90, west (toward Buffalo) to Utica, Exit 31. Follow I-790/NY-12 south to Sangerfield, about 18 miles. Turn west on US 20, continue about 12 miles to junction of NY route 12B. (Or take US 20 west from Albany to its junction with NY Route 12B). Follow 12B south through the village of Hamilton. Colgate University is on the south side of the village. The pool building is directly on 12B, on the left (east) side, adjacent to the ski slope. Parking is available in the lot across the street from the pool.

Nottingham High School    Travel Time: 2 Hours

Take NYS Thruway west to exit 34A, follow 481 South to exit 3 Dewitt, right off exit to Genesee Street.  Follow Genesee Street for 4 traffic lights and look for school on left.  Pool is behind the school.

From Points South and West...Take NYS Thruway to Exit 24. From Thruway Exit 24 or Points North, take I-87 (Northway) to Exit 7 (7 East Troy). Stay on 7 east until it ends in Troy and turns into Hoosick Street (after you cross the Collar City Bridge). Follow Hoosick Street up the hill and turn right on Fifteenth Street (after the Troy Plaza Shopping Center). Follow Fifteenth Street and watch for the Troy Armory (after the pedestrian overpass). The pool is adjacent to the Armory. Parking is available in the lot adjacent to the Armory or on the street.

Shaker High School    Travel Time: 30 Minutes

Take the Adirondack Northway, I-87, to Exit 5 (Route 155). Take 155 (Watervliet-Shaker Road) east, crossing Route 9. Continue east on 155 approximately 3/4 mile past Route 9. Shaker High School will be on the left. The first school building on the left is the Junior High School. The first left after the Junior High is the High School. Parking is available in the school parking lot.

Take the Adirondack Northway, I-87, to Exit 15.  Turn left toward Saratoga Springs. At the third traffic light after the I-87 interchange, turn right onto East Avenue.  Take East Avenue to the top of the hill and turn right onto North Broadway.  The main entrance is on your left.  Once on the Campus Road, take a left into the campus.  The Sports and Recreation Center will be on your left.

Take the Adirondack Northway, I-87, to Exit 5 (Route 155). Take 155 (Watervliet-Shaker Road) east, to its junction with Route 9. Turn right on Route 9 and follow it south about a mile. Pass the college on your left and turn left at the traffic light at the junction of Spring Street Road. Take the 4th left off Spring Street Road for the Alumni Recreation Center. As you enter the "ARCH" the pool is on the left off the main lobby.

Town of Bethlehem    Travel Time: 1 Hour
    Elm Avenue Park Complex  Delmar, NY  12054

From NYS Thruway Exit 23, through toll booths, up ramp on right and take right turn onto Route 9W. Go south on 9W approximately one mile and bear right onto Route 32 (Delmar By-Pass). At the 3rd traffic light (approximately 3.2 miles) take left onto Elm Avenue. The Park is on your right in approximately 0.3 miles.
OR
South on the Northway, take exit 7 (right) to 787 south to the end. Take 9W south, right on route 32. At the 3rd traffic light (approximately 3.2 miles) take left onto Elm Avenue. The Park is on your right in approximately 0.3 miles.

Ulster County Pool    Travel Time: 2 Hours 15 Minutes
    207 Libertyville Road  New Paltz, NY  12561

Take the NYS Thruway, I-87, south (toward New York City) to New Paltz, Exit 18. From the toll booth, turn left and follow Route 299 west through the village of New Paltz. Cross the bridge outside of town. The pool is adjacent to the Ulster County Fairgrounds; you may begin to see signs advertising the fair; if so, follow those. Otherwise, after you cross the bridge at the west side of the village of New Paltz, take the first left, County Route 7 (Libertyville Road). The pool is 1.7 miles from the junction of 299 and 7 on the left. Parking is available in the parking lot at the pool.

From Interstate 890, take exit 4B or 4C (Erie Boulevard.) Follow Erie Boulevard into Schenectady. Turn right on Union Street. You will see Union College on your left after Seward Place. Bear left on Union Avenue, and turn left into the College entrance on Union Avenue. Go straight and the pool is in the building on the left, parking on the right.
From Freeman's Bridge Road, follow across the Mohawk River as it becomes Erie Boulevard. Turn left on Nott Street. Turn right on Lenox. Bear right onto Union Avenue, and turn right into the College Entrance on Union Avenue. Go straight and the pool is in the Alumni Gymnasium building on the left, parking on the right.

West Point   Campus Map  Travel Time: 2 Hours 45 Minutes
    US Military Academy  West Point, NY 10996

Take the NYS Thruway, I-87, south (toward New York City) to the Newburgh exit. Take I-84 East to Route 9W. Take 9W south through Newburgh and over Storm King Mountain to Central Valley, about 12 miles. Take Route 218 toward West Point. You will pass the West Point Golf Course and Ski Slope. Enter at Washington Gate. Pass the hospital, elementary school and cemetery on the left. The pool is in the Arvin Gymnasium, located between Washington Road and Mills Road. Watch for signs! You may wish to drop passengers off at the gym before parking. Follow Washington Road South to Mills Road. Continue straight through the 3-way stop at Washington and Mills. Continue on Washington until it turns into Cullum Road. Park in the Clinton Field parking lot.

Wilbur Lynch Middle School    Travel Time: 40 Minutes

From the NY State Thruway or Route 5, get on Route 30 North. Follow up the hill and turn left on Bunn Street (there is a Stewarts on the corner). Go through two stop signs and one traffic light. The middle school driveway is on the left.

William Hurley Natatorium     Travel Time: 1 Hour 30 Minutes
    Kingston High School 403 Broadway  Kingston, NY  12401

Take the NYS Thruway, I-87, south (toward New York City) to Kingston, Exit 19. Enter the traffic circle and follow the signs for I-587 (also known as Col. Chandler Drive.) Take I-587 into downtown Kingston. Exit on Broadway, Route 32 (South or East). Take Broadway past the railroad underpass and watch for the high school on the right, about 3 blocks after the underpass. The pool is in the athletic building on the south-east side of the school complex. Parking is available in the school lots.
